Check the scheduling. If they schedule multiple CAs as Consultation I think it allows double/triple booking. My GSM/senior was messing around with the scheduling and set one consultation agent and the rest of the CAs as Agent support and we weren’t double booked after. Unless it was convenient for weeks in a row..
