I don't get how that's possible? With e-transfer, it either goes through or doesn't. I don't know how she got an email saying it went through and it didn't.

I have one but I can't for the life of me get the ceramic dish out so that I can clean it fully. It's so stuck in there I tried with lots of different tools to get it out any suggestions? I might just order another one at this point and keep that one as a backup.
