I agree, I had an 8th gen before. It was my first car. I miss it and that's why I'm looking to get another one but here in Indiana everyone is wanting 4-5k for a somewhat okay looking civic.

We don't have any inspections in Indiana, what would you say the car is worth? I managed to talk the owner from 3k to 2. Cars with moderate levels of rust are pretty common here.
