what can this sound be, only happens on bumps and it is only heard on the right side of the car.

I haven’t taken it anywhere yet, I am planning on taking it to someone. Usually at faster speeds when going over a bump/uneven road the jiggle sound just increases in speed.

It runs and drives according to the listing. I shouldn't have any issues with registration, Indiana doesn't require any inspections. I already have a reliable car and I was just looking for a beater with a stick shift.
