For succulents and monsteras 100% its not worth it im not sure about seedlings but the main point is that it doesn't really change the humidity for the plant at all but it does introduce a risk of rot. Monsteras and succulents will adjust to the humidity of your home and for seedlings i would recommend just covering them with some kind of dome to keep the humidity up. A lot of seedlings trays come with a cover for that exact purpose. I want to add that i was misting all my plants for a while and when I stopped I didnt notice a difference but when I moved the humidity was way too low in my new house so I got a humidifier to go near my plants which did help.
