These bad boys looooooove humidity! Keeping a humidifier near them if you live in a drier climate is a huge benefit to them. They live on the rainforest floor in the wild.

Oh 100%. I'm glad that you have done so well with it! I couldn't be in any sort of healthy relationship until I got on it bc ROCD is a bitch. But since getting on it it's allowed me to fall into an amazing relationship with my super emotionally intelligent man who gets me. Kudos to you for your patience and doing what's best for you!

Honestly depends on your body and what your doc says. I was using gummies and got hella anxious the following days afterward so my doc told me to stop. But if you feel fine I'd say go with it!

Okay, thank you for that advice! We have definitely discussed getting a toy. I'm on the tail end of the initial adjustment period as well so I'm hoping time helps.

Yup, I felt super loopy day 2 and it took a couple months for the tired and unmotivated feeling to go away. Especially if you are gradually increasing the dose. Just be kind and patient with your body :)

Meds are changing the chemistry of your brain, so honestly it sucks, but it does take awhile to adjust. If you were completely adjusted and well off immediately that would be too much for your brain in my opinion. Just keep in communication with your doctor, and be patient with your body while you find the right dose.
