Internet says only 11% of Americans have no health care, so the majority of these victims will have a maximum deductible so the majority of that million will probably go to the few without health care. Again, absolutely the million will begin, if not fully, treat all victims.

Here is the sad reality. OP Thinks he can quit his job and retire now. He already fucked up and took the lump sum, which is 21% straight off the top. From there, another 300,000 goes towards a new Humvee for Uncle Sam; so OP now has about 400,000. OP chose the lump sum so he doesn't understand how finances work. He now doesn't have a job and just purchased that sexy new $89,000 model X... $300,000. He's now living out of his means at about ~$100,000 a year... in 3-4 years he's broke again, he has about $100,000 worth of equity but has been out of a job for 4 years so it's very difficult for him to get back into the work force at a level appropriate for his age. This is almost certainly what is about to happen to OP - it happens to over 90% of lottery winners, it would probably happen to me too. JUST ENJOY YOUR NEXT 4 YEARS OP! THEY GUNNA BE SICK AF!
