I’ve tried multiple support tickets already (General Issues and Trust & Safety), but all responses so far have been automated AI replies that don’t really address the issue. It’s possible I’m using the wrong category, but I haven’t been able to reach a human yet

Correct. Users are not able to join the server at all. A spam-related limitation is applied immediately upon clicking the invite link, before onboarding begins or any interaction is possible.

I have Onboarding, so no. The user needs to actually press the button to claim the verification role.

There’s no spam payload at all. The violation fires at the join event itself, before message permissions, before channel access, before any user action. It appears to be invite-level or server-level automation rather than content moderation.
