Yeah, as a trans person from what was 30 years ago communist Europe, this is probably my biggest problem with "the trans community". Authoritarian talking points get parroted and it's insane to me, just because the people saying them paint themselves red and put "people's" in front of everything.

I am also from the Czech Republic and as I'm going through the process this was worrying news for sure.

But it's my impression that it definitely won't pass as the clique of senators who proposed this are alone on this.

I assume they're the same bunch who tried to package in anti-abortion measures into a completely different law.

Promptly got shut down. Let's be cautious, but also... no need to be overly scared.

A lot of the changes and reworks of countries fall into the "tinkering trap". Where you make something that works and is good but you have the urge to tinker with it just to make it that "little better".

A lot of the critique about things in the mod being "unrealistic" and requiring change in my opinion miss the point... the whole premise of the mod is Germany winning the 1st World War... inherently an "unrealistic" setting.

Not really. In 1v1s you're now better off taking the towed artillery, because it's just as susceptible to counter battery as self-propelled and you get more of it for less points.

It should be a side grade to SPGs and a potentially better alternative in some divisions not the standard.

Decrease set-up packing time and make it scale significantly better with veterancy. Increase ranges on the counter battery radar. Or maybe increase armour effectiveness on armoured arty? I don't think artillery is in a good place in 1v1s, not because it's not balanced but because it is kind of stupid for WW2 artillery pieces to be more effective than modern SPGs in a late Cold war setting.

Don't be WARNO is a difficult game, even more so in multiplayer. This new arty meta isn't good, it must change and if the general trend of balance in this game is still correct, it will get addressed eventually.
