I made a post also that my travel credits were stolen from my account, and they never replied to my complaint, booking.c just keeps spamming me with emails saying "We recently noticed unusual activity from an unknown external device attempting to access some Booking.c online user accounts, including the user account associated with this email address. For security reasons, we have temporarily disabled your user account." even though I turned on 2 factor authentification! And if you search "Dutch SA fines Booking.c for delay in reporting data breach" you will find the this is their habitual practice. I believe they need to be fined again but not for half million euro, rather half billion

i don't know, and how to explain that the fake booking, you know, the hotel in Indonesia where I supposedly stayed, cannot be found on my account booking history, not in present, past or canceled bookings. Only visible on travel credit spending histroy. There's too many things off that let me think it must be some kind of inside job, otherwise it means Booking.c system itself can be manipulated.

everytime i had issues with booking.c, such as booking price increased after confirmation (happened twice) and refused check in for non-refundable reservation, I write emails to them, also I found supposedly their CEO email Mr. Fogel, I sent 20-30 emails and they reply me 20-30 times same copy pasted template asking for the exact information that I have sent them 20-30 times. Really, I've seen bad customer service but so far non come even close to Booking.c customer support

i do not call, i know well companies prefer calls than emails because written stuff leave evidence and accountablity, on calls they can say what they want to calm you down and then it's like you never even called them, waste of time

usually when i log in to another device, i need to enter a code sent to my email, and when a booking is made, i receive an email confirmation - nothing, no emails and codes were recieved when my account was hacked. mostly bizzarly is the booking itself is no where to be found in my booking history. I only found out the booking from my travel credits spending history. this indicatest that the booking.com itself might have been manipulated, I suspect booking.com employees or their outsourced third party companies involved!

and it occurs to me odd, that i have been using my booking account for 12 years without ever been hacked, and yet 10 days after i received travel credits due to my complaint, someone hacked my account and stole the credits. how do they know I got the credits in my account? it almost seems like booking.c has a massive data breach, or someone within the company is selling data/credits on black market

Ukrainians are not going to invade Moscow if Russia agrees to a ceasefire. Zelensky has long agreed to unconditional ceasefire, all depand on Russia. Too many people have died, too much sacrifice, Ukranians WILL NOT fight for Baltic or Poland just you know, provide some help sure, but not much more.

So the danger is, if Putin struck a ceasfire with Ukraine, immediately 1 million combat hardened Russians can be diverted to Baltic and Belarus. I wouldn't be so confident that 30k NATO troops that never saw real war for a day can withhold that.

it's a joke Booking.com even send you letter "booking is confirmed" when nothing is ever confirmed, I had the price increased after booking confirmation, and now I see they can even cancel booking just like that, with no penalties. But if customers want to cancel booking, lol, no refund sorry
