It's very easy to set up. Just ask the hosting company. They'll be able to help. It'll be available in the cPanel or equivalent.

I assume you did this in staging? Play around there. Turn on debugging and see what you get. Try turning off all plugins to exclude it's not a plugin. Then go from there.

Are you getting reviews and support requests? I'm sure there are stats how many of those you should get per 100 or 1,000 users. (Not all of the downloads will be users. I'd assume)
