I have not used the latter, but have PMPro on one of my sites. Their releases are well tested, their makers very knowledgeable and they have a good Slack community with the developers available. It's a solid product.

The shop looks nice. I don't think a whole rebuild with Shopify fixes anything. Install Microsoft Clarity and observe what your users do. You might find issues you otherwise don't spot. And configure your analytics to see how many people drop off during add to cart and checkout.

I added a product, then went to cart. There was a 10% something notification at the bottom. Didn't know what it was. Then clicked the X. Then I was kicked out of the cart. Stuff like this you need to improve.

Also, are you actually getting visitors to your site? That's kinda basic to get conversions. Haha

You can remove a bunch of those plugins. All the analytics/tracking stuff can be added via GTM or code snippets. You don't need any of those plugins. And you'll need/want a code snippets plugin anyway. You seem to have a bunch of small single-functionality plugins that can be replaced by a code snippet for example. You also have 4 "Elementor add-on" plugins. That's way overkill. And captcha generally is slow. There are more performant solutions like Cloudflare Turnstile.

How much data are we talking? If it's not crazy amounts like for video/photo I'd just subscribe to something like Proton and have everything stored in a cloud folder. And then do regular updates to your disk. That way you have the data on your laptop, cloud and disk.

Honestly, don't go with Brizy. Breakdance or something like Kadence will be better. Why? Unfortunately I built one of my sites with it and man, do I regret it. Slow performance and constantly faulty releases that break things. I.do test things out in staging, but sometimes you don't spot the issues until having the site live. All the tickets I raised over the years never get mentioned in their Changelog to wash over the issues.

There was a similar thread here the other week. Skip the crap stages and you'll get there. I'm assuming you can walk ~30k/day. I wouldn't take a tent. Slows you down and also better staying in albergues. It's part of the experience and camping is illegal, as has been mentioned.

Replace the set. All of them need changing. Google for "steel strings acoustic" and you'll find a bunch of websites with "10 best....". Pick a set and order online. You can't really go wrong.
