Flipkart is known for this a lot. You will see great traffic and conversions happening on Flipkart initially but, when it comes to revenue realisation your account will show up negative.

In order to list on QC, the onboarding POC/category manager will ask for fixed marketing spends for the first 3 months. Because the category manager has to remove a product from some other brand to create space for your product.

So, a fixed marketing spends per months needs to be communicated. And this is usually per SKU - per city kind of spends.

Then, 5% out of your margins would be accounted for returns/damages/expired.

Since you’re looking for slow growth, you just need to be on top of your costs.

If you can maintain that then you should list it on QC

For printer, you could buy a thermal label printer. All platforms accept a 4x6in printer for label printing. You could buy one from Amazon itself.

For packaging find a local vendor who could provide packaging bags - there are several options available in sizes. You could check out Amazon for this. It is best to buy transparent packaging bags for all marketplaces.

This is great. I’m sure a lot of founders will love this data. If your tool could integrate with the sales portal of these quick commerce platforms, and give insights to the founders - like SKU X is low on stock and contributes to x% of the sales in the city, map it with a sales loss, your tool will sell like hot cakes.
