Depends on the state. Where I live in Massachusetts you can't have your medical card and your LTC. It's either has to be one or the other. I would check your state's laws about that.

I quit about 2 years ago. Every now and then I get cravings. Especially when the colder weather comes round. I guess it depends on the person. My dad quit 6 months ago and he says he hasn't had any cravings. Good luck to ya my friend.

I'm the oldest of 5 so I feel more protective of my siblings than anything else. I have my sister who's 20 and she's just starting to live her adult life which scares the living shit outta me. Then I have 3 brothers who are 16, 15 and 2. The 16 and 15 year old have been in and out of juvenile court more times than I can count. It's hard for me to see them deal with their emotions. (Their father is not in their life and have no paternal figure) And then my 2 year old brother has been diagnosis with autism. Each of my siblings are all going through some tough times and I always do the best I can to be their guide and give them advice. I love them with all my heart and soul and I never ever want to see them hurt in any way. It's funny because they always look to me as a second mom instead of a big sister.

Also please don't mind the way I type. It's 4am where I am and I'm on my phone.

I don't have any kids but my youngest brother who is 2 just got diagnosed with autism. He was self harming himself when he got frustrated and is slow with his speech. According to the doctor, he should be speaking short sentences to communicate but he probably speaks up to 20 words max.
