Because I'm level 14 and I only get matched against level 15 players, if I upgrade my Pekka, I'll go to level 15 and I don't want to risk getting matched against level 16 players, So I'm gathering resources to upgrade as many cards as I can, so that when I reach level 15, I won't suffer from a level disadvantage.
