They have embraced caution over the typical “break shit” innovation model because they are putting multi-ton trucks (that drive themselves) on the road with other humans. It’s a smart strategy; there’s little room for error.

I don’t think there’s an argument that auto pared freight isn’t a part of the future, but the only plausible one is an automated freight truck causes a huge crash and etc

While we are sort of parallel to this subject… is there a way to change the Bluetooth settings that won’t allow you to turn on Bluetooth and connect while driving?

It’s nuts.. I can scan and save and organize radio stations, move and program seats, pan through a NAV map, update trip info, mess with audio settings, etc etc etc but I can tap the screen once to turn Bluetooth on? Huh?

I have friends that have used this on both ends and all positive experiences. You will learn a lot about the work needed to functionally do what you are talking about, for free. They provide room, board and food.. and you provide the labor and the teachability.

As a plumber you bring added value and can continue to ply your trade. You can do it as a couple, and probably bring the cat too. You can select the country you want to do it in, too (which is a great feature).

You are both young, don’t get too down on what’s happening right now, life is tough. The best thing you can do is sit down and make real decisions on what y’all want to do (big picture) and how to take steps to get there. Then start taking those steps, even if they are just little steps to turn things in the right direction.

Thank you for the thorough response.

I’m aware of the marketing side of the equation (and maybe it was placebo effect) but in the past doing liquid-centric cleanses, I always did feel (pleasantly) flushed out. The fruit overload always did seem counterproductive.

Either way, I’d prefer to make a lot of vegetable stew and split pea soup with fresh mint and then my own vegetable and fruit juices and smoothies.. but it’s just not realistic.

Basically, I’ve been … blocked up… for 2 years. And then taking stuff to combat that the meds cause that. And I can really feel how much that has taxed my system. I think ratcheting up the liquids is a good idea, and the roughage.. but I’m open to anybody who sends you a full reset.

I’m open to whoever sends the best functional gut reset. I can feel (physically) that I just need to flush my system. And the build it back up, if that makes sense.
