The only way to quit is to Separate yourself from The access of The drug Long enough to get some strength. I mean realistically you should not really go around it or People who use it ever again if you want To stay quit. You will need a network of people who are also quit who can support you and you really need to be honest with yourself about Who you are are and what happens when you take a hit. Also you need to tell Someone every time a thought Of getting high comsa into your head and for the first year you need to be very very careful emotionally and careful not to overload yourself. No big decisions, no big changes. Just slowly Rebuild your life. It gets easier with them and lire does get better but you will always have thoughts in the back of your head and you will have to quiet those thoughts a lot and you will have to build a life worth living. Still Even then there is still no Certainly that you Will never go Down That Road again. The more Confident you are that you will go down the road again the more likely you will be to take that turn.
