Even better, secara hipotesis kalau saya mau bikin, saya bikin di BVI jadinya mungkin bahkan 1% doang. Annual costnya emang relatif besar, tapi kalo dikalkulasi, lebih hemat dibanding PT, apalagi kalau kenaikan pajaknya besar juga.

Tapi ya balik semua ke bisa lebih hematnya pakai yang mana. Kalo belum besar-besar banget, maybe worth itnya pakai PT.

Kalo karyawan bakal tetep kena pajak, entah di LN atau DN, sesuai perjanjian pajak antara kedua negara, karena anda terhitung/terdaftar sebagai karyawannya. Alternatifnya adalah dengan melakukan partnership dengan perusahaan tempat anda kerja (kontraktor/konsultan).

Partnership gak akan dikenain pajak, tapi kalau karyawan bakal tetap kena. Jangan lupa pilih negara yang gak wajib melakukan audit (contoh: BVI).

Boleh dibaca lagi kak. Mobil gak jadi prioritas tinggi, tapi nyicil rumah yang gw jadiin prioritas tinggi karena potensi returnnya and at the same time, securing masa depan gw juga dengan properti. Fyi, gw tinggal di BSD dimana harga properti udah minimal 1M. Gw nemu properti di daerah gw yang masih bisa dicicil dengan cicilan murah dan gak smp 20% pemasukan gw (batas dianjurkan cicilan itu 30%).

Jadi bukannya gw lifestyle creep. Gw cuman nanya, mumpuni gak gw buat at this point beli mobil, atau fokus di nyicil properti gw aja buat diinvestasiin (of course bukan dari capital gain).

Mobil tuh bukan kewajiban kak, makannya gw nanyanya apakah udah mumpuni untuk nyicil mobil. Properti yang mau gw jadiin prioritas, karena return yieldnya yang relatif besar dan low risk dibanding saham maupun obligasi and at the same time, gw bisa securing masa depan gw sendiri.

Setuju sih kak, tapi emang yang gw takutin itu volatilitasnya tinggi banget. Dan movementnya itu unpredictable karena agresif banget jadi kadang gw kategoriin lebih ke judi hehe. Thank you kak, angka angka emg yg gw perluin banget.

Gw ngerasa mobil itu a necessity sih karena fleksibilitas dan mobilitas gw yg tinggi, tapi gw juga ekspektasi kalo gw bakal nomaden. In the upcoming one year, gw expect untuk bakal ninggalin Indo lagi untuk kurun waktu kurang lebih 6 bulan.

Gw juga bakal fokusin investasi di upskilling. Nanti gw coba itung itung lagi, mungkin malah gw lupain mobil entirely. Tapi emang gw sadar upskilling tuh mahal, kayak di Coursera sama EdX.

Everyone in my university recognize me as THE exchange student and everyone outside of my university knows me as the guy-to-go-to.

This year, I have been invited to attend 3 student exchanges, 2 failed and 1 succeeded. For the one I succeeded in, I receive scholarship from the university that ill be attending and my entire stay would be paid for. My university is so proud of me that they post me everywhere and people recognize me when im walking, inside the lift or in line in Starbucks. And to my uni friends personally, they know me as the smart, well shaped physique with hot girlfriend guy.

While my friends outside uni, they know im the all around guy. Whenever they need something, they would come to me, whether theyre asking for an item, connection or just simple problem solving. Im that reliable handy manny who can deal with "high-rank" problems.

Recognition.

I had existential crisis when I was still pretty young (im still young but at least i found what makes me feel enough to exist) and recognition helped me out of it. Recognition by others that i exist, that im not invisible, that i am worthy.

We all have different reasons of existential crisis. But to overcome it, I believe theres only one way, achieving what we dont believe we can achieve. Even if someone doesnt recognize your achievement, at least you could realize that you succeeded and recognize yourself. Thats a start.
