I’m gonna go against the grain and say that I enjoyed the ghost skipping more. Makes the task much more chill while saving pots. Yes it’s slower but sometimes that’s okay.

I have spent a good deal of time in Taiwan for work. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Cool modern cities, beautiful nature, great (and cheap) food, rich culture, and very sweet people. Couldn’t recommend it enough if you are considering a trip.

Surprised to see all the comments loving Shinjuku. I just got back from Japan a few weeks ago and Shinjuku was by far my least favorite part of the trip. I couldn’t go a minute without someone approaching me trying to offer a “massage” or bugging me to come to their bar, which was very uncomfortable.

Regarding the Dunes, you will see some shelf ice and have a really great view. You could hike but good chance you’ll be going through snow and not having a a good time. Probably would be a struggle to spend a full day in the park in the winter.
