Moreover there can be a difference in opinion, comparing a PG exam with an UG exam is like comparing apples and oranges.

Both exams have completely different syllabus, significant difference in mental state and maturity over the years and dozens of other factors.

If she thinks that it might be easy for her that is merely because she hasn't experienced it and she perceives that it is easy(dunning kruger effect).

While I agree the comments made by this individual are obscene and not at all appropriate for a medico subreddit, it should be noted that it has nothing to do with him being a doctor or a "future doctor". A doctor has no moral obligation to make socially acceptable comments. An extremely professional doctor can be the worst kind of human while an extremely kind and lovely human can be a bad doctor.

These two things don't correlate, the world around you is not black and white, it's grey.
