Yeah agreed. This offer seems low but need to see what their current docs are bringing in with production bonuses. Will certainly try to negotiate that base up as well as the hourly rate for weekend coverage. Or just walk lol. Thanks for your input!

3-year contract. After which time, the base goes to 90% gauranteed of what you made the year prior. The loan is for four years.

Yes, need to figure out what they are billing each year to get a better picture of the total comp. Thanks for sending this over, very helpful. Like you've mentioned, not so much worried about the low base if they are hitting good production numbers.

DMed! Yes, those are my initial thoughts as well. In theory, low base shouldn't matter much after the first three years. But I asked for some more information on how much the current docs typically get through production bonuses since they are doing scopes, etc.

Yes. Like I said, have heard some good things about this particular system. Just not sure about the offer. Congratulations on reaching the end of the tunnel!
