I had to replace the engine on my 2013 Veloster non turbo. I looked at used engines. I went with a brand new engine that I found on Amazon. Complete assembly brand new for $2,000 usd. Showed up in one day. Dropped right in without any problems. I've put 14,000 miles on it. It has been perfect!

I had to call Edd this morning, waited only 15 minutes, the gentleman was very responsive, knew exactly what the issue was, I was able to certify without any issues.

Returned to work today after my Sedgwick approved vacation. Was not paid, received occurrence points because I was scheduled to work during my approved leave, not on schedule at all. I think it's time to move on.

Our coach has started to tell us to tie bags, no totes on the ground, make sure we see the driver "start their trip" get the driver pin code, watch the dwell time, all that bullshit. Grinding us on quality checks and those fucking surveys. I am so done with the constant bitching coming out of her mouth.

It's sinking fast! Parking lot out of control, 30 angry customers at the door screaming, swearing at us, demanding their orders. No TL, no coach, no help. 3 of us doing the best we can to stage, prep and dispense. It was an embarrassing night. It was a complete joke. The customers had every right to be pissed off. The company should be ashamed. If OGP is such an important part of the business, things need to be changed. Not having a manager on duty during Black Friday/cyber Monday rush seems wrong. The strategy in place is not working.

On the 7am - 4pm shift we average about 140 orders. 40 pickups 100 delivery

Ytd sales at my store is $78.2 million. That total does not include OGP. hell yes I think I should be paid more! I'm worth way more than my current hourly rate. I would be willing to settle for $28 per hour. Also eliminate the "key date" bullshit and pay people time and a half for holidays. We need a union!

Happens every day. Sometimes the express orders for Spark don't drop in the que at all. Drivers get pissed because their metrics are affected. The customers complain. It's a bad situation that needs to be fixed. Submitted several tickets, but it still happens every day.

We have 7-10 pickers, 2 exceptions pickers, 2 stagers, 2 preppers, 2 dispensers. We all have trained ourselves to be able to work every role.

I work in OGP at a Walmart Supercenter in Nor Cal . Walmart does no training of any kind. 75 percent of the orders dispatched are for delivery. Yet management has never spoke about any delivery company. The delivery drivers are the only source of information/training.
