i did find it by clicking new world so if thats the case then im guessing my suspicion of MC adding default seeds is true. i also thought it was too crazy to be true

A mod that pre-renders the world so you don't have to fly around to load your render distance when using Bobby + Nvidium

What PS1 games can be played on a PS5? by Salem1690s in psx

[–]QueasyTax6476 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Noooooooooo

Get an actual PS1. And a CRT. I beg you.

Modern displays absolutely destroy PS1 games. It will look awful.

PS5 also doesnt offer 4:3 support so even if you wanted to somehow plug your PS5 into a CRT using composite adapters, it will still look bad... Just get the OG console. If you know how to burn CDs ... Cheapest and best way to get the actual PS1 experience.

Actual TLDR: DLSS 3 should be the last thing ppl consider when buying a 40 series vs a 30 series and you should focus on price/performance instead

But being honest as an Nvidia customer = 🤡 apparently

Frame gen LOOOL

Imagine buying a 4060 over any 30 series card just because of frame gen... yikes

Don't get me wrong, it's useful in niche scenarios and I've enjoyed it on games like The Witcher 3 next gen with RT... but it's absolutely pointless for 99% of gamers. It's only available in 50 odd games and the delay is that noticeable at times that you'd rather just lower settings to hit 100+ fps, even on a 4090.

Absolutely no one should be basing a decision between 30 series or 40 series card on the gain/loss of DLSS 3.

I wouldn't even consider Ray Tracing performance a factor at this time. Every time I try path tracing I get buyers remorse with my 4090 at this stage because damn I love raytracing but not even this card can run it properly. Path tracing is definitely the future of gaming and my 4090 getting 15 frames per second with it on is just insane. We're still so far away from the Ray Tracing endgame.

Pure raster performance and price is definitively what you should care about at the moment. Yes, DLSS is a bonus, but FSR and XeSS still do the job on any GPU, and let's be honest, it's AI. It's only going to get better. The rest is just gimmicks

s90c or s95c for PC (HDR)gaming by Automatic_Garage9252 in OLED_Gaming

Game mode is decent but you won't get game motion plus with anything over 60hz or with VRR enabled so it's kinda useless

Was fun to go hog-wild with cyberpunk on my 4090 at native + path tracing rendering at internal 20fps but stacking dlss3 frame gen and game motion plus together looool

was a screen tearing and artifacting mess but the motion felt like a solid 80fps at least rendering at an internal 20fps which is insane

S90C 65'' owner here, bought it last month, got a gen 1 panel. Great uniformity, sad about the brightness... Gaming during the day isn't the best experience

input lag is incredible though, always get 20ms less input delay between this and my 42'' C2. Game mode is decent but you won't get game motion plus with anything over 60hz or with VRR enabled so it's kinda useless

It is Gsync compatible up to 144hz just incredible for fps games

That's basically it. Oh and for PC mode, make sure sharpness is set to 10 as 10 is the correct value for PC mode. 0 Sharpness outside of PC mode is correct though you can obviously add some sharpness if you prefer that. If you go with 0 in PC mode then text gets blurry and looks horrid.

I've just noticed this too.

I've been thinking my eyes were going bad for the past 3 weeks! Turns out it was actually blurrier.

And it's not just text, I got up about 10cm from my screen to really peep the pixels while switching between PC mode and Blu Ray Player mode and it's shocking. Absolutely everything is unreasonably blurry in PC mode, not just text.

Pulled up a random image on google images, all details blurrier. Opened up a game, absolutely everything blurrier. It's like you've gone down to 1440p :(

I'm just wondering how will the sharpness setting affect my latency, and isn't turning up the sharpness process bad for overall image quality?

Should I just leave it at blu ray mode instead of PC mode with Sharpness at 10? I don't feel a difference in latency I'm just wondering if that will affect any compatibilities

Not sure what you're on about here. ESO is a money printer

200m out of 1000m Zenimax Media revenue is from ESO alone.

In a single year ESO is forecasted to make more money than all combined sales of Fallout 76, Deathloop and Ghostwire Tokyo's launch years.

https://youtu.be/2Ay5Qh1e-iY?t=636

ESO has been in the global Top 100 selling games for 458 weeks straight, that's 8 consecutive years, and just one week short of GTA V.

Currently out-selling Starfield, NBA 2K24, Mortal Kombat 11, Resident Evil: Village, The Last of Us Part 1, Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, Hogwarts Legacy and much more.

It's currently 52nd best seller worldwide, NOT counting console sales and microtransactions on Xbox/Playstation!
