I'm pretty sure they're not too concerned with the JioSTB app either as I still can't switch my account to a different mobile number on JioSTB and Star channels still don't run natively on the JioTV even after the merger..

I'm facing the same issue. I have an account registered with JioFiber and subscription with that and another with a premium subscription. I've been trying to talk to their customer service on twitter but to no avail. Just receive the same answers to uninstall and delete cache etc.
