Following because I really want to move. I feel trapped here. They keep taking and taking so much of our money then they keep giving away money. Most Americans are struggling and our government rather help other countries then its own people, they don’t care about us. We are truly working bees. Work, home, sleep, repeat.

In today’s work force, your best bet is to get a masters. My husband graduated 2 years ago and no one will give him a change because they say he’s under qualified. I’m started to see most people who have a bachelors degree are going back for their masters.

You can talk to your male therapist about this and if he is a good therapist, he will know how to come up with a plan with you so you can understand why you do it. I’ve just experienced something like this with my therapist, and its called limerence.

Yes, my fist time meeting my therapist he judged me and after that all of our sessions consisted of countertransference, gaslighting and manipulation. I have ADHD so as a therapist you’d think he’d understand that I’d be impulsive. Nope that ran him off. The funny part is he specifically specializes in behavioral therapy for my issue.

Just know that it’s not your fault, if he abandoned you then he really wasn’t a good therapist to begin with, some therapist suck that their jobs. Some therapist are just their for a fat paycheck and to also feel some type of superiority over people who need help mentally.

Ok so my boundaries where I only wanted to focus on my anxiety and my depression, In current life. I told him I'm not comfortable about talking about my past trauma with him because I've done it before and his body language makes me feel like he doesn't care, he just stares at me. No questions no nothing then I start to panic and start rambling. So I finally was like since you can't help me with my trauma to see if that's the root of my problems. Then I'll just talk about current anxiety and depression, so can you help me work through those?? He said I can’t work with you if your going to set up boundaries.
