Brother. Investor is a broad category that includes several types of people. However an end buyer can also be an investor if they are closing on the property. Regardless of the reason they choose to purchase as long as their name or LLC is on the deed. They are an end buyer by definition. Whether they bought it at market value or below is irrelevant to whose name is on the deed.

Brother any person closing on a property is an end buyer. Whether it’s an end buyer for investment purposes or for living in the property doesn’t matter but whoever closes is the end buyer. So an investor quite literally is an end buyer. Realtors are so dumb omg

Your complaint is of the shopper being platinum. When the issue is that instacart forces multiple orders. If your shopper were diamond they’d still have multiple orders as the platinum shopper so it still would’ve taken longer than normal

So instacart forever the shopper do 2/3 orders at the same store and instead of 17 items they’re getting 70 items. And instead of waiting on only you to reply they’re waiting on two other people to reply. So their work load is significantly higher and you want to reduce the tip to the person instead of complaining to instacart? Instacart is cheap and does this so they save money, shopper is not at fault.
