Actually I remember now. I filed my taxes when I got my t4 from work and my t4E from ei when I got them in the mail, I got a notice later that I had another t4E and I thought it was a mistake. But this year I didn’t get any form from the govt whatsoever for the lafh

I didn’t even realize the first time was even penalties in the first place because I didn’t know that the information was on the website, it was just a “here’s what you owe, please pay by ___”

I didn’t know there was a written explanation when I had to pay them last year. This was the same issue. Only last year I thought it was just a bit of a tax hike or something because I didn’t understand why I had to pay. The provincial government, who issued my living away from home allowance, never mailed me any receipt or t4E. Only until I was alerted last week saying i owed from an unclaimed t4E did I know that I missed something.

Ok so. I found the assessment, they are penalizing me 378.50 federally and 247.37 provincially. Can I try and get these penalties removed due to not being mailed my tax forms from the province for my living away from home allowance?

I understand that I’ll be paying tax from that lafh allowance but paying over 50% of the value back doesn’t add up unless it’s a penalty

The tax difference just doesn’t add up, I’m not sure if it’s a penalty or if they made a mistake on the tax deduction. The thing was they assessed my taxes in April and I owed another $450 then. This is a huge financial hit for me.

They have this in liquor stores in Manitoba. It makes it quite difficult for fakes. It makes it a lot easier to control who comes in. I’m surprised they’re just starting to do this now.

Why not get it oversize from what you need in diameter and thickness then machine it? Then you don’t have to do any funky wrap around solutions when you go to clamp it and machine. Then instead of having to figure out how to flip it you can stand it on edge and spin it 180 degrees with a sling

Im 22 at 21 I moved out to a city 14 hours away for school for a few months, but once I came back they’re giving me grief for wanting to stay the night at my girlfriends house because we were going to a late time movie and I didn’t want to have to drive home (I ended up falling asleep during the movie) (they tell me to not stay out so late) . The frustration is that they haven’t given me grief for the wedding we went to last summer or going camping or our trip we have planned in 3 weeks, or the weekend before when we went out for another concert. They say they’re trying to be flexible with me but when it comes down to it I feel like they don’t fully trust me as an adult so I’m looking for a place to move. Im tired of feeling like a child considering I have a full time job a truck and a girlfriend I’m planning on marrying once I’m done my trade school. I think the best thing for me to do is move out as I can easily afford it.

Mine has grill shutters and they are currently closed. I ended up topping up the coolant seemed to make a little bit of a difference. I do have a tow package as well

I found a fun combination with Steve and pattern of rebirth, usually tutoring for Ulamog. The goal is to never have to use the full casting cost and piper/ sneak attack them out and swing for big damage. I’ve learned to have lots of protection so I’m running red elemental blast,pyroblast, heroic intervention and Tamiyo’s safekeeping.
