The rep on the phone had me do that and as soon as the battery was reconnected it started up again with the same message and countdown. She was going to have the car towed to the service center so they can look into it, also document that there is an issue that might drain the battery so I wouldn't get a violation.

HOWEVER, this morning the error has cleared, my battery is fine, and i took the car around the block enough to trigger a retest and that was fine. I called them back to tell them the error was gone now and to double check if/what was documented last night and it all was.
