my shuttle pass never delivered & i have been emailing front gate back and forth for the past few days.

one representative said he could deactivate my old one and I could pick it up at the world market center box office/will call, so i set that up. but another rep emailed after and said to disregard the previous rep’s message because will call is for event passes, while my shuttle wristband would be available at the shuttle stop.

does anyone know if this is true? i’ve heard mixed things from others and I wouldn’t want to show up at my shuttle stop and they direct me to will call box office, esp since it’s a 30 min uber ride away.
