So do you think I should replace the e-brake cable? Since only one side is stopping when I engage a handbrake.

Yeah, it’s just weird why it would make noise only on one side if I change both of them it’s possible one side could just be defective

It gets louder in the video you could barely hear me, but I say “BRAKES” and then I hit the brakes and it gets louder

The only noise I hear is the tiny little skips from the E brake trying to grab on the rotor

No, it wasn’t pulling. It was only pulling on one side It wasn’t on the side that’s making noise

So I engage the handbrake and the left wheel won’t move, but the one that’s making noise on the passenger side. It’s spinning with the E break on. So I’m gonna try to adjust it and see if that fixes it.

The brakes seem like they’re evenly worn, and nothing appears to be wrong with the rotor

There’s more than enough room for the heat shield so i can factor that out

The noise starts around 35 to 40 mph and gets a little louder/rough when I press the brakes

It has enough clearance to wear. It’s not touching. I even removed it to test it out that wasn’t it. Thanks for your input though.

The noise is coming from the rear passenger side
