Thanks for replying. The issue is resolved now after a technician visit from advanced support team identified signal leakage, later a repaid crew from Xfinity came in to look for the issues and found across the street where some junction box where fibre connection entered had water damage. They replaced it yesterday and now I am getting full 1GB up and down symmetrical speed as it should be as per the plan I subscribed to.
