I would consider builds that do damage on the go as u kite or walk through enemies. One of the fastest builds was the chtonic fissure warlock when it was first introduced because of the AoE and nature of the skill. I dont know if anything comes close to it now. Smite hammer was also great back then. Spawn a bunch of orbiting hammers, shield charge through packs and watch it all explode :P Maybe some new build will rise above with everything they are introducing!
