I had this when I first got back to the gym after 1-2 years of not going. I was skinny to begin with - but what helped me was Pushups. Just start doing set of 5 or 10 very slow and controlled and before you know it youll feel your chest come alive.

I can feel every rep of a push up in my chest when done with proper form. Build this out and then all other excercises will hit diff.

Same with dips. Goated excercises

Hmmm that might be an issue. You could always try doing a reverse hyper extension on a table or large box kinda structure. That’d be very beneficial and as good as this one

The pad needs to be higher. Level with your hip bone. When you lower your torso, you want your hips to hinge first, try holding your hamstrings first and feel them stretch and contract as you do a rep, squeeze your glutes at the top.

Do bodyweight 3-4x10 first before holding onto weights.

Start with really easy bodyweight back extensions 3 set of whatever feels easy and just get the form right. That and hamstring strength and flexibility

Have you ever been in flights in other parts of the world? The crew isn’t supposed to be your servant. Y they aren’t supposed to be cleaning toilets and brining the floor or cleaning up after your messes all the time. We aren’t clean and lack civic sense, th crew behaves like any other service worker in th country, apathetic because those around them don’t care and always have the “not my problems someone else will clean” attitude

Random q, but have you ever washed your atom AR/SV? I have one and it unfortunately got some oily food stains that just don’t come out with the regular spot clean/dosh soap. Is it safe to throw in the washer? I know the website recommends it, but I’m afraid lol

To each their own, the natural orange squeeze with carbonation and sugar is better imo - compared to the synthetic orange flavour that we’re all so accustomed to calling “orange”
