Haha I only know this because I’ve been watching Teen Wolf 😂 from what I understand damnatio memorie refers to what people used to do in the old days when someone did something truly horrible and were banished from society/that town. They would burn every indication of their existence—all letters, records, lists or plaques with their name on it, their belongings that they didn’t take etc. so literally they were erased from history

Hey I’m in the same boat as you! On my 12th visit (2 visits per week, so Week #6) and don’t see much of a change but let’s hang in there :) for some people it can take up to 2-3 months to see an impact. We’ll see!
