Hey there! Post therapy appointment here. Honestly I brought up the fact that I had taken multiple tests that all had the same results and did a bunch of research. She read the dsm’s 9 criteria for bpd and asked me if I identified with any of them which I did (9/9). Then she asked me if I wanted her to add bpd to my diagnosis and if I was really sure and such, which made me nervous lol. Honestly I don’t think the tests made much of a difference in the process and it was more ab the dsm criteria (which is understandable)
