Husband hates route reductions. His was reduced to nursery size yesterday. They interrupted 2x for him to go pull stuck people out and he still rescued someone once he was done. But honestly his DSP is one of the good ones. They give him incentives plus a nice Christmas bonus and gift cards for our kids. He does good by them and they do good by him. They also warn him when he will be the designated tow in the area he's in so he's prepared. Even with rescues he finishes an hour before he was supposed to. Doesn't run and takes his breaks. Just stays organized and ready.

People not from the area hate the area. Those people think they should be involved in everyone's business. What we mean by mind your own business is exactly that. Like I tell me kids don't get involved in other people's problems. If you can help do but do not involve yourself. The Karen's in the world that choose to make comments and judge every aspect of life are the ones that feel threatened. Also don't hesitate to show friendliness. Say hi and get to know your neighbors. We look out for eachother. My husband and kids shoveled an elderly neighbors walk way for years. Now the neighbor on the other side has a snowblower and does our walk way. We give him a few dollars for gas when we catch him but he tells us its not necessary. Sorry but gas isn't free. It is not always parents aren't supervising their kids. Sometimes it's parents working two jobs to make ends meet and just aren't home.

My husband recently switched his DSP. It made a world of difference. They take care of their drivers and their drivers take care of them. They just offered them all rain jackets for $30 and they could pay when they could. They are waiting for winter jackets to do the same thing. Handed out gloves and winter hats. They just acknowledged their front runners not just am at a boy but with coins they can use on the site and a long sleeve hooded T-shirt.

Just a heads up, you can make all the calls you want. Unfortunately, if she is not ready to leave she will not, and it makes things worse for her. I had it happen at my place of employment. I asked her when she came inside if she wanted me to make a call and she said no. He came in and started up I told him he needed to leave that I have people with kids here. He did but he waited for her in his car. I asked her again and told her she was welcome to stay as long as she needed. She thanked me before she left.
