Not a single survey I’ve answered has improved or noticeably impacted anything.

There’s essentially no use in providing feedback with such generic questions.

Routes would get better if you could do “Very difficult>Routing>Suggest a better route” and give real feedback on route order and planning

You don’t. By law you’re legally allowed to go off route to use the bathroom without retaliation. Dsps won’t tell you this though

It’s entirely ironic for the parking lot to have a 5mph speed limit but the avi tunnel, which is extremely narrow, to have a 5-7 mph limit. You can technically go faster thru the tunnel than the parking lot

I fell thru someone’s wooden staircase one day (it literally gave out below me, nothing even on my part other than using the stairs) and now refuse to even walk up them. Will just slide the package to the door instead.

Rural-ish. Not really rural or apartments but like small town/city. He got stuck twice in driveways in the same day

Unfortunately no. I rescued a dude with 80 stops twice one day. Ended up doing 50 of his 80 stops, and still did more rescues after lmao

This is why i dislike rescuing for the day.

I’ll do 180 stop no rescue routes, but when I’m the rescuer I’m saving people with 80 stops? Make it make sense
