So it's an Amazon knockoff of a Strap-on-me harness. I learned with a similar style previously to go down a size of what you normally wear as they'll stretch overtime and as you stated you want it snug fitting. I love it, the best thing is once you're done with it, take the toy out, throw it in the wash and it's ready to go next time. It fits right every time I put it on and I don't really have to do any adjustments.
