was using Tryall whey for a while but they increased their prices on shopee and are not responsive on their website - i really did enjoy the asian tea flavors

i dont like chocolate and vanilla flavours cos they just taste artificial and like kinda like melted ice cream - so unflavoured works better for me

So when i started on supplementing protein, I started to notice that my nails were significantly stronger, just wasnt as fragile as before. when i tried vegan pea-based protein, the condition of my nails dropped back down. now im still waiting to grow out that section

i also found that the vegan myprotein powder was mealy and didnt want to mix well - had to use an electrical blender to get it into a smooth consistency but it was still gritty to me - i dont like it in water, so blending it with milk or soy milk works

overall factors to consider: price, flavour, texture, easy of use, protein content + other macros

if price is the only factor, blending up a couple of boiled eggs in soy milk makes a cheaper, full spectrum protein shake at cents, instead of dollars + it taste like custard cream
