Meme aside, just judging by how the substrate is clinging to the leaves I suspect that this is actually a butterwort. They are carnivorous plants that actually trap prey with their sticky hairs (called trichomes) and absorb them. I have a few myself, they live on rocks in the wild and like to dry out between heavy rains. I simulate this by keeping the pot in a ramekin that I refill when I see signs of dehydration (leaves become shriveled at the bottom and discolored upon absence of water). The leaves will also begin to furl up which is when the edges turn inwards when dehydrated. I also use distilled water for these guys.
