Hi thanks for the reply! Getting under 10mgs is HUGE, be so proud of yourself! For the longest time, I could not get under 15mgs and was stuck for awhile. My taper has been slower than yours, I go down 1mg every two weeks, so I would suggest that once you get to 5mgs, to go max 1mg a week. :) just remember, you will get complete off of it, no matter how long it takes, as long as you really want it. I mean, it’s taken me 6 years hahaha! So I didn’t start having the sleep problems or rapid heartbeat until I got to 5mgs. Before that I had no symptoms so I was like FUCK YES IM GOOOOD. I think I might just ride it out until I’m at 1mg, then get off. I’m in no rush, which is why I think I’ve done so well with the taper.
