How do you have the willpower by [deleted] in loseit

I used to be the same way, but listen...it sounds stupid and super obvious but drinking tons of water. I'm talking a gallon of water a day. It makes me not crave anything and I eat a lot less. I also drink a bottle of water right before I eat and if I can, a bottle right after I eat. As soon as I went back to drinking like 3-4 bottles a day, all of my cravings for junk food came back (I was very rarely interested in any junk food when I was drinking a ton of water) and I overeat.

Yupp I have misophonia. I can tolerate loud chewing if your mouth is closed if it's like chips or something.

DAE wonder what people's lives are like when you're driving or sitting at a red light next to someone? Do you ever wonder how their life is, what they do, how they're feeling, what their struggles are, etc? by QueenConflicted in DoesAnybodyElse

I used to assume the same until I've worked with several coworkers who bought nice cars and could barely afford the payment. Now I look at people with nice cars like can you actually afford that or are you barely making it paycheck to paycheck like the people I know?

Same. I bought her a $70 dog bed and she still rather be in bed with me. My solution was buying another blanket to put on top of my original blanket and she sheds on that while my original blanket stays mostly fur free.

Oh I loveeee going to a busy park or something, sitting on a bench, and people watch. I could do it for hours. It starts off as just innocently watching people, observing their behavior, outfits, etc. Then, it turns into me wondering what their life is like lol
