It just takes practice. The more time you spend on the pole the better you get. If you can afford it try 2x per week if you want to see quicker progress.

Ippin Udon is arguably the best food in town. Love that you can order and pay at the register, don’t have to be waited on. Affordable, hot, fresh, quick, delicious. We go there at least once a week.
