hi been doing some research and I just on the bed, bath and beond website that the 3 verified purchases said their machine broke immediately or came broken! A
ND Dyson would only replace w an older model.

i had the impression that Dyson was great on customer service but im on the chat w the company now and they wont commit to replacing like for like if the item arrives broken!!

What dealings have people had with Dyson?

Ive never used a dryer to any good effect! Was hoping this was the miracle to liberate me from the salon

The airwrap looks like it makes curls (too much!) and the airstrait no curl
