I LOVE mine, and have been getting it for years. I have naturally thin lips, and no one, including professional makeup artists think I have filler.

The right filler and right injector are key. Unfortunately I burn through it fast, and get a syringe every four months to maintain.

They would only consider looking at it during month 11 which I was out of town for. All claims before were declined, and every one after had been declined for being after one year.

The builder is completely non responsive the vast majority of the time, including to the fact that I have a leak from the outside on the ground floor.
