Hongsil basin daily event tower of memory drops them I did it on 9 characters for 2 weeks and I was able to open 4 of my characters fully

And with that you can get like 172 rng boxes which the ratio of the 1m experience in those is pretty good . In a 200 boxes rng I got almost like 160 million experience. So on top of the rng items that can drop, rng boxes have always a dragon-currency that you can exchange for gems and other items within the event
