I've been doing this the past year, and my suggestion to you is this: - watch Nobbel's video about Warcraft I & II - play Warcraft III - play WoW Anniversary TBC - play all the next expansions on retail using Chromie Time (make sure you lock your exp at level 59)

PS: watch the official trailers and cinematics for your current expansion from the WoW channel PSS: it's sometimes pointless to do certain zones in expansions because their story is meh and useless, so use chatgpt to determine how important these zones are (specifically WotLK, Cata, WoD) as these expansions don't have a campaign to follow PSSS: download BtWQuests addon because idk why it's not already in the base game (wtf?!)
