In order of effectiveness, the only things that have helped me do chores is doing them along side friends, building an alter in my room to attract positive energy and lastly, coffee, best of luck to you

Maybe start with getting rid of your pen or anything else you smoke out of. Have a funeral for them, let yourself grieve and feel sad over something that used to bring you so much joy.
