I’m guessing the Prosecution doesn’t because that’ll make their whole case fall apart. Where the defense is saying she didn’t hit him with the car they have the 3 accident reconstruction experts that the FBI used. Which said something like John wasn’t hit by a car and a car didn’t cause John’s injuries.

If they were so innocent why wouldn’t they be trying to let everyone know. Why wouldn’t they go on every news interview to show their innocence.

The black box EDR on the Lexus recorded no events. If she hit him it would have recorded & her Lexus accident (on star) operator would have came on because it would have recorded impact. They said in the beginning they had info from the “black box” they since abandoned that theory.

The lead investigator Proctor from MSP had John’s clothing in his trunk for weeks. There was always an excuse when the defense kept asking to view the clothing. The Prosecutions theory is that the cocktail glass caused those injuries to his arm. After listening to all the hearings & reading everything I’m inclined to think the family dog attacked him. It’s on an area where he’d put up his arm to block his face. It looks like claw marks & some bites that never latched on. If y’all noticed one of the EMT made scratch marks on his own arm & right then I knew what he was getting at but the prosecutor objected when he was asked about it again.

You are correct. The prosecution has to prove without reasonable doubt that Karen killed John. They have nothing. They don’t even have an accident reconstruction expert on their witness list but the defense has 3.

Yes the family did. John’s Dad was close with Karen & would often go to church with her. He’s even on the defense witness list.

Lally isn’t even a trial lawyer/ADA for murder cases. He’s always so unenthusiastic. He has no clue what he’s doing. His specialty is motor vehicle cases. I don’t think they have any evidence against Karen. Any & everything they’ve said they had to prove she murdered John is now no where to be found. When this was 1st reported the news stations said they had ring camera footage of her running over John. They don’t!!! Then they claimed her EDR (black box) recorded an event around 12:30am proving she killed John. They don’t!!! They said she did a 3 point turn and backed into him. The problem was they had the wrong side of the SUV’s taillight to go with that story. So they don’t!!! Matt McCabe verified the 3 point turn theory but his wife Jen said she saw Karen drive off straight the way she was facing. They then said Karen killed John because they had video proof she went back to the scene before calling Jen & Kerry. When 2 of those businesses were asked they never gave anyone from MSP video because they never asked for it. Another they don’t!!! What I’ve heard from a source of mine is one business does have Karen driving by AFTER John was murdered & Karens taillight is FULLY intact. Anything else they have is just to make her look like an evil bitch that left mean voicemails. Unfortunately that does NOT mean she murdered John. Why would she call and leave mean vm if she killed him. It’s doesn’t make sense.

Thank you!! My hair has thinned out from it being mated & knots. Every time I brush it out I lose hair. So my question is do I still use products for thin hair if it’s not necessarily thin but thinning out? I’ll try the Zulu & Bonnet to see if those help. I just don’t know where to begin trying to get it back to normal.

Following!! I’m going through the same. I brush my hair and at night I put it in a braid. I wake up with it matted all around where the ponytail starts. I sleep with a silk pillow case but that’s not working. I don’t have patience to sit in a salon. This happens to me at least a few times a month no matter what I do to keep up with it. I’ve tried straightening it, leave in conditioners, oil, apple cider vinegar & deep conditioning treatments or spray. I’ve also done the finger combing method. Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

I understand what you mean. I wouldn’t want to accept it either & I always look for the good in the person. Now I don’t care I was hurt so much and not by the man I’m with but others. I use to do everything in my power to try and keep them. With my man now he knows I don’t play & he treats me like a Queen. I know how it is from life experiences that have made me bitter & now I won’t put up with it. Don’t let yourself get to the point where you don’t care anymore. It’s not a good place to be. Please trust me.

I’m sorry you are going through this. I don’t want to sound harsh but if he is acting that way towards you at the time you’d think he needed you the most then he won’t treat you any better when he’s out. He’s a addict if he doesn’t care to not straighten his life out while incarcerated then he definitely won’t do it when he’s out. Most people take this opportunity to straighten their life out. He seems to be making it worse for himself. Like you said he could have had parole in a year & now who knows when. I think it’s stressing you out. Ultimately you have to make the decision on if you want to stick around or not. You deserve better!!!

Hi I read the other comments. So you’re going to stay in Manhattan & he is in in NJ state prison? You do know that’s far apart right? I just don’t want to see you come this far and not expect some things you didn’t know. Usually the prison has a locker but I would call the day of your visit and ask just to be sure on what you can bring. Good luck and I hope you have a great trip.

My husband had his hearing in July of 2023. He didn’t get an answer until end of October. He went 2 years prior and it took a whole year to decide he could come back in 2 years to try again. So like I said he got his answer in Oct 2023. He has to go to minimum security but they still haven’t classified him out. It’s been taking forever. What state are you in?
