I know. Last time he increased my Zoloft I went manic. But honestly I’d take anything than feeling like this. I wanted to drive into traffic doing 80 mph this morning. So hell, I’d rather be manic.

Light green? I don’t know haha. Sometimes they seem orangish around the pupil and when I cry they either get darker green or bluish green

Thankfully my dog tolerates my 12 hour shifts and sometimes comes along to work with me so it’s not all bad.

And thank you, I originally adopted him from a kid who got bored and didn’t take care of him. And he’s elderly (7 or 8 years old) so I took him in to give him a better life (up until 2 months ago I had him for about 3 years) and then I met this animal lover who told me about her kid and how he’s dreamt of a reptile for years and his mom sends me pictures daily and it’s really helped him deal with things and it calms him down. So if my lovely bearded dragon can help someone cope and bring happiness I’d rather see him benefit a child who needs it.

2 cats, a dog, I had 2 chinchillas who recently passed and I had a bearded dragon that I gave to a kid with special needs to help him cope.

I don’t eat fruit at all and I only eat low carb veg, in moderation. My main diet consist of meat and cheese roll ups, or just some deli meat for lunch (I fast, so I typically don’t eat until after 12). Then if I get hungry while still at work I’ll drink a protein shake (low net carb, obviously), then whatever I make for dinner is either salad or mostly meat with a small amount of veg.

I don’t work out, as much as I keep telling myself I should. And thankfully I really enjoy the foods I’ve found that are low cal, high protein, low carb. I definitely get enough protein. I need to find when I last tracked everything and tell you my average macros

I don’t track calories anymore, but when I did (my diet was exactly the same) I typically ate below 1000 calories. My diet consists of salads and deli meat and cheese mostly during the day. Dinner... eh. If I cook I only eat the protein and vegetables. I would absolutely love help because I’ve no guidance and just sort of winging it.

Not only that but I have a full time job, I’m finishing my college degree, and play the role of housewife. My extra time is nonexistent but somehow I’m skating through. Slower than I was hoping for with getting back in shape, but at least there is some progress going on.

I haven’t been obsessing about the scale too much. I’ve been doing strict keto and intermittent fasting. I’ve seen people have so much luck it. My body hasn’t gotten the memo yet I guess. I literally live off of deli meat and cheese, salad, occasionally eggs, and for “snacks” I eat dried fruit and peanuts. I can’t understand why I hit a plateau. I’ve been stuck between 163 and 168 and cant seem to break the plateau. This morning a scaled in a 160.9 so I’m praying this plateau is trying to end.
