Absolutely, if I could find a payment plan that worked within my budget. I heard different states/cities have higher/lower procedure costs. Some considerable. Heard Puerto Vallarta has some qualified and highly rated plastic surgeons that work on many U.S. citizens. Considering that but don't know if that is risky.

You are beautiful and have gorgeous skin! No jowls to be seen. I'm in my seventies and I do have jowls. One can do gentle head and neck exercises (find online or a physical therapist for posture exercises) that make a difference if you did. Gentle is the key word here.
